4.2 Order Processing
Orders are typically processed Same business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. During peak seasons, promotional events, or new product releases, processing times may be slightly longer.
4.3 Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-order items will be shipped once the product is released and received by our warehouse. Estimated ship dates are provided on the product page and may change based on manufacturer timelines. Pre-order items and in-stock items placed in the same order may be shipped separately.
4.4 Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@tcgcardgamestore.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and damaged items. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
