At tcgcardgamestore.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Trading cards must be in their original, unopened, and sealed condition. We cannot accept returns on opened booster packs, boxes, or any product where the seal has been broken or tampered with.
  • Items must be free from damage, wear, or alterations caused by the customer.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened, unsealed, or used trading card products (booster packs, boxes, tins, etc.).
  • Pre-order items that have already been shipped or fulfilled, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Gift cards and digital products.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

1.3 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at info@tcgcardgamestore.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged in transit).

1.4 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

1.5 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@tcgcardgamestore.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

1.6 Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item ships. Once a pre-order item has been shipped, it is subject to the standard return policy above.
